Notes for Charles Frederick Sneyd
For this Sneyd line I’ve just pulled out the basic dates from the BDM online site. Very skeletal. You could do a whole lot better by ordering copies of the documentation, but I can’t be bothered. Unfortunately, the dates as given make no sense at all, with Clara being born so late. I don’t believe it.
Fortunately, Nick Elder, a descendant of this line, has done a lot of research on it, and sent me the information in 2015.
One of Charles Frederick’s sons, Private Alfred Robert Sneyd, was killed at Gallipoli.
