Rich Man, Poor Man: the photo albums

Sneyd and Bond

Jervois Road, looking toward Three Lamps, in 1926. Reference 4-1786, Sir George Grey Special Collections, Auckland Library The smithy at the corner of Dedwood Terrace and Jervois Rd, in Ponsonby, taken in 1926. I found this picture on http://timespanner.blogspot.co.nz/2012/03/two-ponsonby-memorials.html and I stole it from there. Let’s hope the internet police don’t catch me. This is the old Bond smithy, where Alfred Bond worked. The Bond family house is just behind it (the dark house), on Dedwood Terrace.
